Had a quick search but couldnt find much.

If i was running a 'blow through' turbo is the only carb i can use the sealed hif44? can i seal a hs4? are weber 45's sealed?

The simple answere is no, you are not limited to the HIF44. However, the HIF44 is by far the easiest to use and will not limit power output.

Where would one find a sealed weber carb then?
if i remeber didnt the lotus esprit use a sealed Dellorto?

Yep it was a 40, as used on the janspeed turbo engine. Not sure if there still available and i expect there pretty rare.
