If anyone is looking for a trolley jack and axle stands (as i was), B&Q have a sale on a 'lifting kit' at the moment that is a reasonable price:

http://www.diy.com/d...e...amp;x=0&y=0

You get:
2t trolley jack
2t axle stands
Wheel brace
2 wheel chocks
under car roller trolley

was 59.98, at the moment 34.98. worth it just for the jack and stands i think, i picked up one today.

Halfords also have a sale on their lifting kit, but you dont get the cross brace in it and its 39.99

Most other places i looked at online want over 20 pounds for a jack and the same for stands.

i find the jack only dips down to 140mm at most though so if you ahave a lowered mini this might be a pain in the bottom
