hi, so basicly i know you buy year policys and what not for your car insurance, but was wondering as when ive finished my turbo project and it will only be used maybe a few months a year for shows, is there any kind of policys that i can take for just a week or month?

If you ar over 25? There are a number of companies that will do this, it as simple as googleing it, if you are under 25 I wish you more luck than I had because as far as I could see it was impossible.

You might be better looking at very limited milage per year. Some do start and stop covers but charge each time you do, quite a bit extra on top.If it is your secound car that also helps on fee.You can get daily cover or weekly but they charge loads. Most do that if they are just buying a car to get it home.

thanks for the replys, unfortunatly im only 18 and will be 19 by the time the minis finished, i do have an MG ZR as my daily drive and i would only use the mini to get to shows really. maybe be cheaper to get myself a trailer as shows are generally on private ground so insurance wouldnt matter yes?

Limited mileage would be best, otherwise you car would not be insured when off the road.

can't you just add your car to your current policy, shouldn't boost the price too much seeing as you're going to be 19?
