Ordered some s dash trim from Retro hand built minis of Sabden Lancs through ebay. It arrived not as described, of inferior material and the main peice missing, it was also late. I asked for a refund to which he accepted so i thought maybe not a bad company. I sent the item back and that was the last i heard. NO refund arrived so i emailed them, no reple. I emailed agian a few days later, again no reply. I left it around 10 days and decided to phone them. Andrew Collison answered and told me he had been busy with his Daughters wedding the week before. Fair enough i said and he said he was back in the next day and would sort it out, 3 days later no refund?
Does anyone know Andrew Collison or Retro hand built minis? Is this an isolated incedent or am i being fobbed off?
