Hi;

There are a number of areas inside my mini that have been repaired using liquid metal.
What would be the best way to finish this for painting can it be sanded or does it need grinding?

As its inside and will be under a carpet the finish hasn't got to be perfect but I'd rather it didn't look like it had been filled.

I'll be using Hammerite Direct on Rust Smooth brushed on.

I have a Bosch Sander and a Bosch Drill, the sander is ok for flat surfaces but not really any good for a Car so any preferences for sanding wheels for a standard chuck drill.

Ta in advance

the words repaired and liquid metal don't go well together when you are talking about mini bodywork :)
