I need to repair my rear drivers side arch on my estate as its rusted through. Its the top bit of the arch that has gone.

How easy is this to repair? i no you can get the repair panel for it but how is it held on?

Its spot welded on all around especially on the arch to quarter panels lip. However i used a series of 1" long seam welds along the inner arch to repair section.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE PUT THE FLANGE ON THE WRONG SIDE WHERE IT MEETS THE INNER ARCH PANEL.

Before the quarter goes on. I know this shows the bulkhead as well but obviously not in yours

You can either plug weld or spot weld the outer flange to the quarter panel, hope this helps
