Just cant find it, Haynes maual picture is crap!

The diagram, not a photo is crap it doesnt say what other parts are in diagram so to a newbie like me it is difficult to see where it is.

My first guess was that it would just be under the radiator so its currently outside on ramps but cant find it. Any help, any pictures or diagrams?

The Haynes picture is correct, the block drain plug is in the block funnily enough rather than the radiator! Your engine may well not have one though, few do. If it's there, it's at the rear of the block below the exhaust manifold at the clutch end. It's also not really worth using, pull the bottom hose off the rad.

As Dan says few have them, they used to be brass taps which where then swapped for a plug, then removed altogether..... and a 95 model A+ block will NOT have one from the factory.

Just drain it using the bottom hose on the rad.
Good flush with a hose pipe will remove as much crud as you can

It's more of a pain on an Spi... as the inner wing fan gets in the way of removing the radiator..... ok if you have small hands you can get straight on the bottom hose ;D I just find it easier to remove the radiator and then drain, flush, etc.... till clean and clear, also you may wish to use de-ionised water which helps to prevent corrosion in the system.
