Hello I'm trying to locate the inline fuse for the signal lights for my 1996 SPI. I went to turn on my signals the other day and it worked then some strange noise came from somewhere (I wasn't able to locate it) but I found that it melted my fuse in the fuse box. I replaced that fuse and checked all other fuses and replaced all my relays but it still doesn't work.

Now I think it is the inline fuse but I'm not sure where it is located. I've attached the electrical wiring diagram and circled the inline fuse in a red circle. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is this fuse behind the center console (where all the switches are located)?

Thanks,

I think it's probably one of those bunch of five inline fuses that's located behind the air filter box, from memory it joins a brown wire to a purple + orange wire. I'm not 100% sure though, but it's certainly worth a look!!
