If you build one of the sealed boxes they recommend you'll end up with 18.42 liters internally which will give you some nice tight(punchy) bass or if you want a more deep(boomy) bass build a ported box which will give you a internal volume of 23.7 litres.
As for an amp for less than £100, have you trawled ebay yet? Basically if your just going to power the sub with the amp then get a D-class amp of about 250Wrms. If your going for an amp to power the sub and a set of front speakers the a 4 channel amp capable of bridging 2 channels to about 150Wrms would be good. I have 1 JL audio 4-ch amp powering a single 10" sub(sealed) & front components and get about 126dB.
Something like this Pioneer GM-7200M on sale or from ebay (if you can win it) the JL Audio E1400D would be perfect. Just look around and see what you come up with.

Sorry to burst your bubble there chap but according to the installation manual your sub is only 250Wrms.

The JVC I wouldn't touch as the signal to Noise ratio is only 80dB, way to low for decent sound quality. 95dB+ is what your looking for.
The JBL is good but will only deliver 175Wrms and you'll be looking for more power sooner than you think.
As for the JBL-A6000GTi - aahhhh we can only but dream.
I know some people don't rate FLI but this amp would suit your needs, it's good for 250Wrms, S/N= 99dB & is 2ohm stable. Plus you get £45 off at the moment!! http://caraudiosecur...ts_id/9144.html
