[mini_jem]

Hello all here are my restoration project Mini jems as they stand at the moment.

This one is going to be a classic looking Jem loads of chrome, maybe old english white with black leather and 10" minilites or reverse cooper s wheels. Cooper S engine and box. Loving the 70's paint job. That dude must of been on some trippy stuff when he painted all those swirly lines. lol

I am on with removing all the old rusty steel work and re-glassing brand new hertiage front crossmember and rear suspension arches. Slow progress but getting there.

Currently thinking about engines and setup for this one. I know its going to have a minisport alloy rear beam. Possibly the mini sport rear brake disc conversion.
Thinking about vauxhall c20xe/LET or honda 16 vtec. Also had a made thought about a Starlet turbo engine setup. Need to look at the space and work out which is best.

i like the mini jems lol, il be watching this thread and you should have kept the swirls and di the whole car, that would have been epic, make it multi coloured and you could be moses and his many coloured car lmao (by the way, i dont know who had the multi-coloured coat lmao) that would be brilliant
