I sold a 998 auto, complete with sub frame, drums, drive shafes, tie bars etc etc and it took 3 people to lift it into the back of a shogun!
The engine was still full of oil too!

I know at cylinder head is 14Kg's.. so at a guess I think an engine is around 60kg's?

I agree with greasemonkey. It's about 150kg. Very heavy. Takes about 3 people to lift one into the boot of a car. I've found an old skateboard comes in handy for moving them around though, but you definitely need help when it comes to lifting one.

We post them out all the time and quote 160kg including the pallet. Engine weighs 155kg
