DanSTwo over on Minifinity has the Metro dash in his car (The Minty Green one with the Union Flag on the boot mentioned above).
a std Metro dash is too wide so it needs cutting and re-glassing to make it fit...

But why?
Metro dashboards are Ugly! If your going to spend time adapting somthing to fit. Why not get a Ford KA dash, Or somthing a bit more modern than a metro dash.

Dash options available that will fit straight in are the following...
Variations on this dash are number of guages and finish (wood, carbon, etc)
'Mini Save' dash by A_SERIES_SUPPLIES
Curley Carbon fibre dashes.
There are a couple of other designs, but these I would say are the main ones.

Isn't there a kit that is like a right hand drive version of the Innocenti Mini dash. Inno dashes look amazing!
Jammy - recently got an MOT fail Mini with that dash in. Looks good. Would look even better in my car.

I like the rokee dash the best.... depends one what style your going with your car though..... my dash is an old rokee that was in terrible condition so i stripped it down and recovered it in a dark walnut vineer.... looks sweet! very seventies! it goes great with the steering wheel i got out of a 76' camaro too.

id have to agree with binge there are much nicer alternatives.
i think that some of the pictures justify that.
i personally wouldnt mind one of the a.s.s dashes think they look really cool and i think u can customise parts as well

How you mean? You failed an MOT because of the dash? Or you recently bought an MOT failure with one of those dashes? And which dash were you talking about?Isn't there a kit that is like a right hand drive version of the Innocenti Mini dash. Inno dashes look amazing!

No sorry, should have been clearer.
We got a Mini that failed its MOT because of brown honeycombe racing metal attacking it.
It had one of these dashes in it:
