[Artful Dodger]

Hi, im building a mini racer and tought it would be a good idea to put it up on here hope you like it!


This is how it started, this is my nans old GT (good old nan buying the best car she could XD) she has given it to me because i was on the hunt for a mini and plan to build a balls-out racer with a 1310 weber fueled mini....on did i mention im 15....

looks like a nice early 1275gt with the rostyle wheels!

if it is a genuine early 1275gt, your sitting on a small gold mine! original cars dont come up to often, and can be worth a fair whack if in good condition!

if it was me, id personally restore this one to original spec, and source another car to modify, would be a shame to mod such a car! but thats only what id do, good luck with your build! will be keeping an eye on its progress!!

1972 mini clubman GT got 8 rostyle's if you know who wants em....and its already transformed (eg bucket seats roll cages)

have been doing the doors today:) fitting the mechanism:P not as hard as everyone says jsut requires patience

and finnaly the brake and fuel lines (all internal and fuel lines are braided)

looks nice though actually! love green minis! had visions of it being lime green or kawasaki green lol i would of had the rostyles off you, but to costly.. lol

Great colour love it miss my 1275gt, colours very similar to my project what wheels you planning on?

(I use photobucket and add the direct link to the reply, I find it the easiest way of displaying photos)
