Some on needs to make a tmf iPhone app
I'm always on here on my iPhone when I can't be bothered to start up by silly pc when you can just look through my iPhone, but it's not very easy all the zooming in and the tracking across the page is not good . So ? We need an app I've seen on the apple website you can make apps on a pc or mac through one of there programs but I'm not clever enough. I'm sure there's someone out there who is accustomed to all this coding malarkey and could make some money for the forum.
Some one please help

http://www.tapatalk.com/
its quite new but its free and works well, just have to install a couple of files in the server and register it and thats it. mobile phone users download an app on your phone and use the forum like that, its a very plain easy to use template that works great. works for most mobiles but is still in beta so isnt perfect, BlackBerry users cant reply in topics for example as thats yet to be fixed BUT it would be so much better for having a read etc.
check it out!

True well worth the upgrade for screen alone but the speed is even better to, its mad how the iphone 4 has 512mb of ram and the ipad half at 256mb!
im still amazed by how small things can be read and seen on this screen!

I'd definately pay for the app if it came to it but then not everyone has an iphone so in terms of everyone benefitting, a mobile website would be better for all.
Something was said about a mobile version coming in the next update anyway, so we may have to wait and see if thats any good.

With an app in the appstore you have to pay money to keep your app on the store. I think when i was looking at prices it was about £199 for a free app and £299 for a paid app. A while since i last checked though. prices may have changed.

Yeah a mobile site would probably be better therefore android ,symbian, and windows users would also be able to look at the website Wilst on there mobiles opening it up to a much wider audience
Then again apps would be more refined than the mobile website I too would be happy to pay for an app

And no one will.Been mentioned before, no ones bothered yet.
There will not be an iPhone application, nor will there be an application for Android. This is because it simply wouldn't improve anything on what a browser already offers you.
There will be a mobile skin for the forum which will come in to play when the board software is upgraded, this will be much more suited to the screen size found on your phone and should remove the need for zooming in all the time.
