ive got a minus shell and i am liking the idea of pro motive. Would a minus be ok for a pro motive kit and engine. should fit shouldnt it no problems. The fibreglass is strong enough to take all the stress do you think? i cant see why not. thanks for your replys

yes - can be done...... the guys at one time were going to build a new demonstrator with a minus shell, might still happen - cant be sure.

but in answer to the question.....yes.

I would talk to the guys though - they may advise some additional bracing and strengthening to work within the GRP body.

if you're buying a brand new minus shell, Shaun Dyson ( I think that's his name ) is very familiar with the pro-mo kits also.

yeah i ve been seaching this forum and found that red minus shell with the pro motive in. yeah id be getting s shaun dyson one most probably unless a shell comes up . i know his strenghtened the shell in the mounting parts etc. but as for that red mini, ive only seen the extra metal plates they put on to the mounting points to act like washers. id have to wait and get the shell first. i dont want my metal shell no more. bloody rust. paid for a spray job and rust comes through. whats the point lol
