Hi folks! I'm Santiago, from Caracas. After much reading and wishing, I finally made it into the ranks of Mini owners.
My Mini is a basket case, so I will be asking all kinds of silly questions in order to get it right- or something.
It is a Venezuelan-made Minicord, fiberglass body, stage 1, and has all kinds of botched repair jobs done with Opel parts. I joke about it being the offspring of my two bigger motors, and you can surely tell why: :)

Hello Santiago!

Lovely looking mini. What's it like inside?

I bet there are some fabulous roads in Venezuela for mini-ing....

Nice choice of motors, by the way. Landies & minis have always been a happy family. :)

Nope, sadly they were an economic failure, and were made only from 1992 to 1995, with a couple of hiccups in between. As far as I know, only about 1,300 were completed. There's people in the hunt for the molds now, but I haven't heard about them in a while.
