Just turned on to discovery turbo to see Ryan from west coast customs opening a new shop in Berlin, it seems they are going to custom a left hand drive mini as there first project. Fingers crossed it won't turn out to bad ( here's hoping)

i was hoping this topic would reappear as i sky+ it and watched it today.

i started to get a bit fed up of it being called a COOPER when it clearly said mayfair on the back.

i only hope he paid COOPER money for it if hes that thick he cant read.
and going on the fact he ran out of fuel after 2mins it looks good lol

Did their US shop go under or is it a business expansion into Europe? (They moved from the west coast to the east I think..? Which is why thy werent called West Coast customs anymore?)

just expanded, have 3 in the us now i think, 1 in germany, 1 in russia, 1 in dubai and 1 in japan iirc

they haven't changed their name, street customs is just the programme name

they made sly stallone some trucks for the film the expendables, episode is here http://www.youtube.c.../18/BOVnVksCwPU

i think other than america and germany the rest are show rooms where they send car they've built (not for specific customers) and sell them like a showroom, to people who want a car thats different but not built to custom specs.

that is how the others start out but then they do actually build there own stuff in the other places as they are actually only franchises so if you had enough dollar you could open one in the uk

cool i didnt no that.

some of the stuff they do aint really that special, just off the shelf body kits with nice paint and lots of ICE.
dont get me wrong it good but they charge a pretty penny so i think i'd want something a little more bespoke.
