im after a 998 engine or even just the block as cheap as possible or free if possible if anyone has anything close to louth let me know i really want to start building my engine ready for my project which is coming along very nicely cheers

i have a 998. It has no gearbox or primary gear casing. It is still complete with crank, pistons, cam and head tho. I think i have a dizzy for it as well somewhere. Make me an offer if you fancy it. Oh and i have a new standard exhaust as well which will go with engine.

Its in stroud, Gloucestershire.

its a bit far away to be honest mate as i have to borrow mums car to collect things so i dont have loads of time to collect things they need to be an hour away max really

have numerous short 998 motors, no head or box...

£40 a pop.

i will have it off you if thats ok? i might not use it but if not i will just put it on here as a freebie or if i restore it just for the price of parts i had to buy i wont do it to make anything because thats not right. do i remember right that you come over to louth sometimes? if so is it possible to drop it off and ill give you a few quid for petrol? cheers mate

Yes you can have it and not bothered what you do with it, as said needs a refurb and im not going to use it.

Yes do sometime head to louth but no idea when next but will let you know via pm or just pm me your address and i'll drop it round and leave on doorstep if your not in
