is there a template for trimming the wings?

Not really, it generally differs from car to car, also depends on the arches as well.

They usually just catch on the front panel, about an 1" from the last 1/3rd of the lip should do it.

from nothing at wing/apanel seem to inch at front.

And what off set the wheels have, mine are 10x6 minators and dont need to trim anything

This will sounds quite bad seeing as people may look down to it, but when i bought my new wheels, the rubbed on the front when i turnt the wheel... so my dad just put a rubber hammer to it just so it would clear :-
