One Carb Or Two?

hey fellow tmf members.. im looking at turning my engine block into a coffee table as i dont need it and it has slight bore ware so dont see the point in selling it... has anyone else done this with the mini engine ive seen alot of pics of other engines but not really seen a mini block. if so could you post some pictures cheers

got no pics sorry but my mate has got two new 970s short motors one on either side of his bed with a sheet of glass on the top of them

I’ve got a spare scrap block in the garage that I’m in two minds to scrap or keep to do just this with.

Sorry no pics
but my brother has a few Rover v8 Blocks spare and he was thinking of making furniture with them such as tables, etc and when he gets some time he was considering using a camshaft as part of a lampshade with a crank pulley as the base. Top Gear has a table made from an engine block.I would reckon the A-Series would look quite good (after all the oil has been washed off
)

it would be awesome if you put fake pistons in and with some electrics use them to lift beers or wine onto the table.
