Just Guaging interest to start with, but would anybody be interested in Laser Engraved hardboard Doorcards?

The idea is to Laser-Cut sets of door cards from a white faced Hardboard - With the option to have designs and text engraved into them. If there is enough interest i'll get some prototypes made up.

To give you an Idea of the kind of detail that can be achieved with the engravings, Heres a clock I engraved using the same materials as I plan on using for the cards:

to give you an Idea of pricing, A set of front Cards should be available from about £18-30 Depending on the complexity of the design.

Errr... not door cards, but I am after someone to cut me a new centre for my rokee dash. If sent a CAD drawing would you be able to cut it? Size would be roughly 40cm by 20cm with gauge cut outs. I want to it be perfect so a jigsaw jobs just not good enough.

I need it to be thicker than a door card though, can you do thicker, and could you do plywood rather than hardboard or mdf?

Any pics of examples? Do they come with the holes for the handles/locks cutout?

No pics yet, I'll try to get some made up this week to show as an example.

Cutouts - yes(unless you specify otherwise), They will basically be replicas of the original hardboard doorcards but in a white faced hardboard with the option of engravings. Also with different fixing methods.

Bit of an update on these:
Its taken me awhile to get a template of a doorcard onto the laser-cutter program that I was really happy with. I'm booked in to use the cutter again next week so i'll get some cut and try a few different fixing methods - If that goes well they will be available soon after.
