My doors leak when it rains again  they are leaking through the top where the seal touches the door, the seals are under a year old and they are leaking again, also water comes in from somewhere onto the door cards and i have not found where, again it could be the seal.

Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?

Thanks

Jackman.

Not tried this on a mini, but the classic solution for many other cars is to wind down the window + bend the top of the door slightly.

your door may have dropped slighty so even if u do have new rubbers it will still leak, does the door feel harder to close than the other ???
my passenger side door keeps dropping ever so slightly you can tell when u close it as it is very stiff sumtimes, it also rattles like hell on the door catch and its driving me crazy.

Both doors do exactly the same, they always have and they have not dropped, checked that already.

my dad, being old, came up with an 'old trick'...Get some rope/string and u know the hole in the seal? the hollow bit...put it all the way round your door in that hollow..
This puffs up the seal and makes it a tighter fit, and therefore SHOULD seal it better

what u could do also similar to what ethro has just said is to get that foam strip stuff with glue on one side and run it around the door frame this should help to close the gap and help cushion it aswell to stop annoying rattles. this is a very good method of stopping those incredibly annoying rattles from your dash, i have put some around parts of my dash and aslo the glove box door and it worked a treat, so i would say try a few different methods and see what works best.
