hey all. I just ordered some new parts for my mini. I figured while my engine is out I minus well change my cam, etc.

Through my research I've come to the conclusion that these parts will match my engine the best, and thought I'd see what you all thought, and if anyone is running a similar set-up.

266 Megadyne Slot Drive Cam
lightened MiniMania Lifters
MiniMania SuperFlow oil pump - Slot Drive
Block Gasket Set

I've recently had my head skimmed, flowed, ported and hardened valve seats put in. I'm planning on chaning to high lift rockers later, or maybe when I get to that stage in a few weeks depending on finances.

So opinions would be appreciated. :)

I would go with the 276 cam personnaly, the 266 is not far off a standard one. The 276 remains very drivable still and has bags of torque.

I would go with the 276.

My 1380 has a 268 (?) scatter cam and I love it. Masses of torque
149 ft lbs torque Pulls like a train, front tyres (A032's) have lasted less than 2,000 miles!!!!!!!!
