Because I have- and they said they would try and get my cage parts to me over Christmas, it's now the end of Feb and I'm still waiting for the main hoop as they sent the wrong one!!!
Is this a general problem or is the complete lack of responce to emails and general laid back attitude just towards me? (He said last week that the tube was coming in soon and would get it done straight away- how was the tube only just ordered on the 18th Feb when I ordered it in December 2010?!!)

And I've seen/heard other horror stories. I'd steer clear given the choice but maybe it's too late for you and you've got this sort of rubbish to look forwards to.

Good advice, I remember how much trouble Daz had with them.

It had been used as s test fit for the cages rear bins were dented its now sitting in my garage almost finished  the guy seemed alright he said he would build me a cage for it but the price was more than I was looking for

He did actually send me a cage, but it wasn't the spec I asked for, so still waiting for the main hoop to turn up and them take away the one they sent, so I do have enough but not what I wanted yet, will see what this week holds.

Just to follow up- I finally got the (nearly) right bits through, but they completely ignored what I asked for and still wasn't right. So we had about a 10 week wait for 4 bent bits of tube from a "professional" company, sent me the wrong stuff twice, very poor communication, and they also completely ignored several requests for a receipt!!! I'm sure this is illegal, especially when you charge VAT?!?!

I don't do things without justification- but having been there- I will NEVER deal with Geronimo Cages again.

I remember some chap had major problems with them and posted these problems all over the net. It did the trick with me, I wouldn't touch them. Think I'll do the same with Smart Performance. I used the Roll Centre in the end and it's a really nice cage. Got the RAC FIA certificate with It.

we used them, the cage was ok, but required some fettling/cutting to get it to fit the car properly, not exactly an off the shelf fit :/ we only used them as they are fairly local to us and we collected.
