Carb Model with sunroof and opening rear windows.
Original Philips Radio/Casette.
British Racing Green with metallic fleck (Looks really nice).
Excellent overall condition especially considering it is nearly 20 years old !!!
Only 32k miles.
Recon engine 8k miles ago (MG Metro engine).
RC40 single box centre exhaust.
Fantastic to drive.
13x7 Alloys with a spare alloy (but not tyre on the spare).
Immobiliser lock in the back. Simply turn and remove the key and all power is gone, even if you then try and start it with the ignition key it is still completely immobilised.
I bought this car recently with the intentions of upgrading from my mini city e.
However my wife and our 5 year old son have became very attached to "Toby", the mini city, so unfortunately it is 2 against 1 and I lost !!!!
Therefore it is with regret that I have now got to sell the cooper (I know, I must be nuts!).
If I could keep both I would
( It had been stored in a garage for the last 6 months having covered very few miles since the last MOT. I have the previous MOT cert but no other history I'm afraid.
I had a service and a general check up before the MOT (which involved new ball joint, brakes serviced) and I have just had it MOT'd and it has now got 12 MONTHS MOT on it.
Overall a really nice cooper with only a couple of niggles
Sunroof is leaking a bit and the speedometer dash light is a bit temperamental.
Had it valeted today and comes up really nice.
There is hardly any rust on it at all, none by the headlights etc. Only a little bit by the rear screen and a few little spots here and there.
The subframes, A Panels etc. are all good.
