I have a Hobao Hyper 7 TQ Nitro RC Buggy in Very very good condition, I brought about 12-18 months ago and hardly used it (it was another impulsive purchase that I have not really used as got distracted by having a baby and buying another Mini Project)
http://www.modelspor...roduct_id=20870 this is a link to what it is I have never used the shell and never put the stickers on all in stored in my Garage.
It is Very fast and will hit 60mph very easy, is very very fun. I will point out this is not a Toy this is a serious bit of kit used by many R/C racing teams!
I spent a little over £300.00 on this kit (the Buggy was £245 on its own!)
list of equipment for swaps below,
2 x Glow Plugs (with single a Charger between them)
Starter Box (sit car on top and push it down to start via the flywheel) (with Charger)
Hobao Hyper 7 TQ Sport R/C Buggy 1:8 scale
Proper Remote (not the silly one you see in the pictures on that link)
Fuel + a refilling bottle
I know this kit is still worth a little bit, they are still selling these brand new just for the Buggy for £229.00!
I am interested in Mini Bits for my project 1275/1380 engine (working) panels anything really and I am open to offers.
Glenn.

Hi mate,
Thanks for message! What size are the carbs?
What would you be willing to pay for it? Obviously the fact I spent pretty much £300 and have hardly used it not looking to lose alot of money!
I have a number in mind so make me an offer!

Theres loads of clubs about if you want to race it it becomes quite a bug. I started upgrading mine theres lots you can modify and there realy good to work with.
Recomended up grades are:
-Softer Blue springs for racing Thicker Shock 'oil selection for differnt surfaces and conditions'
-CNC machined alloy swivel hubs; As the cast alloy ones break if you like hitting things like me

- Upgreaded radio gear to perferd stuff; I like Hitec high toruqe servos and a controler with sitcks rather the trigger one.
-Most importantly starterbox ,quick charger, and good qaulity ni-cad radio gear batteries of a high MAH.
Provided the engines been run-in properly. And its relativly un-used - well looked after id say it holds its value to about £200-270 you realy need to post your own pictures.
Good luck with the sale/swap. Im keeping mine for when i get back into it, even though I could do with bits for the mini.

I too have this buggy, Mines slightly more modifyed since I used to race it at my local club. They are verry good bits of kit and not realy seen as toys by many of the people I raced with. Well worth the money..... I think payed £320 for mine a few years ago now its lasted through they take alot of punishment broke it a few times but everything can be replaced not to costly.

Thanks for this information, the engine has been run in properly this isn't the first RC I've had so knew to break it in gently

I agree with the Value.
I agree also with the not using the crappy trigger remote which is why I changed it for a two stick one when I got it.
Will add some of my own pictures if I get more interest.
cheers again for the information very helpful, I do love this RC car but really need to get mini sorted.

Thanks but on reflection I am happy to stay with my single Hif44 as is good enough for me.
I want body parts really, panels or a working 1275/1380 engine
anything considered though
