I am close to finishing my restoleum paint job on my mini
and i am going to fit new brightwork everywhere, bumpers, grille etc...My question is, what can i do to prolong the life of my chrome and stop it from rusting? i have heard of painting the rear of the chrome with hammerite, is this ok and what else?
also what can i use to stop corrosion on the external electrics (indicators, lights etc.) as when i replaced then i was suprised that they worked due to the corrosion? is copper grease and similar products good for this?
