Hey Kit,

Yeah I saw your initial post - as I said in my post above: This reply could look very "why you saying that" it's not - it's a friendly reply in which I'm trying to improve the service we offer, which it may not appear in writing.

So as I thought, it does - that's the problem with writing from behind a computer, tones of voices can't be expressed. I am still interested to know how I could offer a cutting guide, it something you thought would be induced in the kit - so what did you expect the cutting guide to be?
