Just to say how impressed i am with Mini Spares backordering system.
Most companies either send you half the parts and forget about the rest or just forget about the order completedly and when you ring them they say "oh yeah had them in for weeks"

Mini Spares however. 3 options for out of stock parts.
Leave until all parts are in stock
Leave the order all together
Send whats in and rest will be sent when it comes in

Brilliant service and you get an email telling you its come in and your order is on its way.

9/10 It would be 10 but if you get them to send what they have and the rest to be sent when it comes in you pay 2 lots of postage which i think is wrong when they didnt have the parts in the first place

All in though. Great service :)

Great company but they need to open a branch south of the Thames.

Had no complaints about tem either! Really great service and took little effort to return items when I purchased them wrong things!

They also need to open up a store in Derby!

We are hoping to make further improvements to backorders shortly, but for the moment I will remain quiet on what they are....

Highly unlikely. There isn't a great deal these days that can't be ordered over the phone or online

Not their fault
....but looking forward to when they get the petrol caps in! I dont think the misses one will hold out much longer!

Also go an order in for a new loom, its been ordered for me as it was out of stock and I have had an email confirmation for the order. Hopefully it will be in soon.
