Didnt have any problem with mine in the MOT. Ive got a different one now after my respray.

Quick ask too. What years are your minis and what size are the number plates, do they fit/look ok with bonnet stripes?

I haven't had my mini MOT'd yet with the bonnet numberplate and the year of mine is 1977. I will have to measure mine tomorrow as i can't remember the size, i just looked at works rally minis to get it to look right and then bought the numbers seperately and added them.
Not too sure regarding the bonnet stripes.

Thats the company I used for my new plate. Its as legal as possible with correct font and stuff, apart from obviously being stick on and therefore illegal...

Yeah I just read through those lol. to be honest I dont drive my mini wrecklessly, as I like to keep my license clean, insurance cheap and mini intact! I'm fitting a retro roofrack and some wellers i'm refurbing, so trying to make it look oldschool with a twist. Doubt I will get pulled for it, but if I do i'm sure they will be more than happy to inform me...

Yeah im sure he would much rather be pulling pugs with the F in the eurobadge, with the back box you can fit your head in!
