Try resizing the pictures, that one you posted is HUUUUUUGE!

Open them up in Microsoft paint and resize them to about 30% of what they're at now, that's still plenty big.

Though from that one pic it looks fantastic! Lookin forward to those other pictures!

So what did you end up getting at merlins.

sorry just found this thread been spendin to much time driving mine.

Im using the original bike fuel pump in another tank 2.5ltr fed by low pressure pump from mini tank. return from engine goes into this small tank via the original pump and small tank overflows into the main mini tank..

Hope that helps..

i have been thinking about this aswell. I am going to have an aluminium tank that will fill most of the boot so i dont need so many fuels stops. Is it ok to just use that and the standard fuel pump off the R1. Im thinking as i wright this are they gravity fed systems and dont use a fuel pump like mx bikes?

im using the standard blade pump on mine but i thought about useing bosch fuel pump with a pressure regulator but seamed easyier to use original pump as i cant see any problem with both options apart from setting regulator to the right pressure but that easy

i ended up blowing my 500 pound buget on half of the fuel system i am goint to be running a alloy fuel tank which will be running to a -

facet fuel pump - alloy surge tank -fuel filter -fuel injected pump - r1 engine fuel rail - adjustable reg-back to alloy fuel tank

just have the fuel tank to buy which is being costum made by forge motorsport, braided fuel lines and fitting which arnt cheap

may be next mouth.

if there is any one who needs help on this subject contact merlin sport they have been great with helping me build the fuelsystem and are down to earth guys that will give you a option on what you can have.
i have gone down the dearer option but they also gave me the other options too
