There should be a screw near the bottom of the tube that takes a flat head screwdriver. Do it a click at a time and see how you like the change for a few days before changing again. Make sure they are the same on one axle by turning all the way to on end, counting the clicks, and going back to where you started. Then set the other damper on the same axle to the same number of clicks from zero. It's fine to have different settings front to rear if you like it but fairly dangerous and unhelpful to have different settings on the same axle in a road car.

should be a small flat head screw at the bottom of each damper, Pointing forwards for the front, and backwards for the back, clockwise to make them Harder i think, though it will show u on the spax. also check what the screw is actuall adjusting because the do different things.

Its always best to turn them to full hard then back them off from there.
First try and figure out how many point adjustable they are.
If they were say 16 point adjustable, try going something like 8 off hard at the front and 12 off hard at the back.
You can use that as a base setting then work from there, if you find it too hard they soften it off.
