is it a good idea to wrap the inlet manifold on the supercharged (eaton 45) to keep it away from the exhaust heat

. or will the charger heat transfer to the manifold and by wraping it i would be keeping the heat in the manifold when i want to be getting rid of it ???

Leaving it unwrapped, heat wrap is to keep heat in

engines run better with cold air

cold air is more dense and makes a bigger explotion with in the chamber  hense why they use alloy inlets because they cool quicker than cast iron
