as above, im planning on starting the turbo engine with everything absolutely standard, as per metro turbo, just as a starting point, then i can twiddle from there, so im after a wiring diagram, and also a list of what electrical bits i need, i have an ignition module and ecu.
im also after a metro turbo ignition map for megajolt, if any one has one?

many thanks ;)

if you're using a megajolt then you wont need the ignition module or the ECU. you can set the megajolt to open the bleed solenoid at 4500rpm instead.

well, my plan was, to get it running on metro turbo dizzy, and ecu, etc, seeing as ive got it all there, just to run it in, but have all the megajolt there and wired up, then take it up to a rolling road, connect the megajolt up there, disconnect the metro electrics, and leave the rest to them, seeing as im not very good with computers ;) hopefully someone there will talk me through it all, so i can get to understand it.

It's actualy quite easy to play with once you've got the basics. You can download the megajolt tuning software from autosportlabs and play with it without the ecu connected.

All the ECU does is bleed off at a certian RPM increasing boost. If your going to the trouble of wiring in youe megajolt, you might aswell fit the bleed valve, and not bother with the metro ecu.

Metro ECU.... that's like saying my 21 speed raleigh bike is a starship :xmas:

Ok it is Electronic and it does Control and yes it is in a unit, however it doesn't control much and certainly wouldn't do the same as an ECU from say an Escort of about the same era..

For running in there is no requirement for the Metro ECU. Chuck it all in the bin and connect the actuator directly to the turbo.

all it does is regulate boost in a very crude manner.
