If you've been offered that much I would snap their hand off!

Without an engine, wheels and interior it's just a bare shell with a few spares. It would make a good base for someone looking to build from scratch. Project cars fall in value when they're gutted before they begin to rise again as the restoration progresses.

I know that it's not going to be good news for you but I would say that you're looking around £100 in today's market, you might be able to squeeze a bit more out of her.

My moms got depression and when she had to decorate the house, to keep her motivated she cut out pictures of interiors from magazines and stuck them up everywhere so she could see the finished picture.
I know everyones depression effects them differently but a load of pictures of mint condition minis all over the garage might help keep you on task?

Keep it, think how nice these cars are, then drop me a PM if ever want a hand with it. Have the depression issue myself, and owning a Mini really keeps me going at times :xmas:

Sounds to me like the passion is there!
Just keep a clear goal in your head, every journey starts with a single step and all that!
