right guys i am new to all this so please bear with me.
well firstly i am 21 so how hard is it to get insurance on a stripped out bike engined mini?
secondly i am thinking of going for a 1000 but which do you lot recommend?
What sort of things do i need to change to get the engine in?
For the dif what is used how do you actually get the power to the wheels.
Is there a kit you can buy like a front subframe and anything else you need as i am good with my hands but no good at welding so wont be able to make things myself.
also i was wondering about brakes aswell in respect to is a set of four pot callipers and discs good enough with a set of drums on the back.
any more info much appreciated aswell cheers guys

right i have done a little bit of research and looks like the pro-motive kit looks good for me with an R1 obviously. and by the sounds of it brakes would be fine with just some 4 pots would be fine. with the R1 kit it looks like there is a dif with the kit is that right? do you kust bolt a sprocket onto that?

all i really need to know now is what i need to be doing to the engine to drop it in bearing in mind it will be a fully working carb engine that i will be buytng so i wont need to rebuild it. and also the insurance isue how hard are they to insure by the time its on the road i will be 22. cheers guys all help apreciated and any info i might have over looked aswell cheers
