hi put a stage one kit on my car and it needs to be tuned runs terrible at 70 unless if foot is planted to the floor

Pitstop over at Brize Norton (near Witney) or Owen developments (i think they have rollers) are the only places I remember from when I lived out that way

i would reccomend pitstop too, we had our TMF south cental rolling road day there last year.
