Right,
Looked at an 05 Nissan Navara today, done 30k from new, top spec.
The seller has told me its had one owner from new as it was bought as a company vehicle by his old man (who's retired and now its fallen on his son to sell the truck.)
However, the HPI says its had 2 previous owners as well as the current owner.
The chap is adamant the vehicle has only ever had one owner.
This makes me think the old man has used the vehicle as a tax dodge, selling to himself and then back to the business over the past 6 years.
Everything else checks out, HPI is clear an it is immaculate.
Advice????

But the current owner (supposedly the sellers dad) bought it as his company vehicle. Which would explain the first 2 owners.
Oh, and the current (3rd) owner obtained it on the 12/2/2010.

As long as the cars service history, mileage, chassis number and all paperwork tally and it's crash and finance free does it matter how many owners it's had.
The concern just lies with the lie from the seller.

Even if it falls through, he's offered my deposit back, and Lulu will get a good blast down the A5.
