Anyone know where I can get White dials from?

And if possable, does anyone know if I can get such dials like they are in the newer Golf's, where the needle lights up, not the whole face of the dial?
Also where can I get a pair of, RS turbo type reco seats in leather/ette for a Mini... pef with rear seats too... and anyone know where I can get ally tread plate door cards?
