hey all,
Ordered a set of 1.5 roller rockers from minispeed two weeks ago and some parts from minispares on the same day which got sent out within 24 hours. After a couple of days i noticed my order was still sitting in 'processing' so i emailed minispeed to make sure all was well. 'James' said that they had been sent the previous day (i'm in NZ and i'd paid for international courier which is usually 3-5 days). I asked for a tracking number for the parcel to keep an eye on it. No reply. waited a few days and emailed again. no reply. by this time the stuff from minispares had arrived in New Zealand. still no sign of the minispeed stuff. emailed again asking for a tracking number. still no reply. Minispares parcel arrived over a week ago now and still no sign of the minispeed gear or a tracking number so i've opened a paypal dispute. anyone else had stuff 'sent' and not turn up... >

maybe ring them up and rant down the phone? that way they cant not answer you , will probably cost you abit in phone bills though
its a shame as im thinking of ordering a manifold off them (only company ive found that do the one i need) and its making me think twice about all the reviews against them

I use minispeed a fair bit as they are close to me. Never had a problem. If you don't want to call them. pm me with the details and I'll call them for you and report back.

hey guys,
after opening a paypal dispute i got a very quick reply from James he apologised and said that the rockers hadn't been sent and has refunded my money and offered a future discount so while it would have been nice to get a reply to my emails without having to escalate it i think they have made good on their mistake so can't fault them on that

what mini have you got now ?? that 1275 gt is not that std doing more will reck it . when i got mine it was bog std nothing done at all . like the day it was made . now its insane
