Well here is the picture diary of my mini's refresh! I had 4 months to get it sorted and resprayed so started fixing the collision damage over christmas (caused by someone driving into the mini in a car park) and then a mad rush over a week in march to respray and finish it because we moved house and it ended up on the back burner! Deadline was set because it was to be a wedding car on the 26th march for a friend as a surprise for her husband to be in order to get him to the venue! Did I make it? take a look and find out!

Love the picture of you two in your suits and minis! Real tight and fresh looking mini love it when the sills are the same colour as the car and not just waxoyl'd!

Thanks for the comments! Sills were sprayed at the same time as the rest of the car, it's how they come outta the factory so that's good enough for me!

The guys in the suits are the groom and best man from the wedding, we were the drivers and I took the photo!

Mk1leg, I love the racing spots too! Although I messed up the one on the bonnet! Nevermind, visible carbon fibre bonnet has been purchased and will be fitted as soon as it arrives! Hopefully before Riv Run!

Arches are by far and away the best quality group 2's I have ever seen. Very well made and fitted so easily with very minimal sanding of the mounting points. Having said that they were much dearer than most!! £79 from somerford minis but I'll definitely buy them again if I ever have to in future.

Visable Weave Carbon Fibre Mk1 Bonnet!

The quality is amazing, just gotta sort some mounting brackets for the bonnet pins now and then it'll be fitted! will definitely be on before Riv Run! Pics to follow!!
