Description of problem (please be as in depth as possible):

Hi when i start the car from cold first thing.
it takes a couple of turns to get it started have to use the choke but whenit runs i get a big puff of white smoke and the car smells really rich of fuel.

but once warm i have no problems just alittle rich maybe?

any ideas
