Please give your topic a title that quickly describes your problem. Just putting 'Help my Mini doesn't work' is useless to anyone trying to help.

Model: Austin Morris Clubman estate
Year: 1979
Description of problem (please be as in depth as possible):

Hello, just bought and got home today, my new project, a clubby estate. Overall a bargain, bits of rust in places but it has a full one piece plastic (not fibreglass) front on it. the fit is not great, the headlights are bodged in, it seems to be warped in places, and it just doesn't fit the character of the car. I have almost 100% decided that it has to come off and heritage panels go on!
Problem, no inner wings, everything has been cut out to fit this!!!
How easy is it to go back to steel panels and could any body please reply with a list of all panels I need for a clubman front. I know like, wings, A panels, but not sure about the names for other bits. (i'm a bit of a novice, only my second project working with my dad )
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Many thanks
JK
