quickshift and internal change are different things.

quick shift is a new gear stick and a new collar.

internal change is pretty much new everything if done properly.

Don't quite understand what you mean. The gearshift lever is inside the car and the gearchange is inside the gearbox, connected by the gearchange rod which has to run outside the passenger area as the gearbox is outside the passenger area.
The 'Quick Change' is just a gearshift lever with a different operating ratio to reduce the gearlever movement to change gears.

What is being reffered to is moving the whole rod change mechanism from under the car and mounting it inside the car instead.

KAD and Force Racing both do a kit.

If you have a search on turbominis.co.uk you will find alot of information.

You wont really find any plans.

Pretty much every one is custom built for the driver height and position.

Its very hard to do a one size fits all.

Mine sits on a tower which houses a lot of the cars electrical systems and also fits very tightly to the seats.

I'm planning on doing it- mounting the ally mechanism on top of the hole where it normally comes through then just making up a rod with 2 UJ's in it for the selector rod. I'm still not sure whether to make a cranked shape brace bar (much like the originals) to keep it perfectly in sync with the engine when being thrown around, else if the engine moves in it's mounts and the mechanism is mounted solid it can have the effect of pulling/pushing it in/out of gear.
