hello boya and girls i didnt realy know were to put this topic so i picked any old one :tongue: i was jsut wondering how they were fitted. because after seeing fith gear the other day(70mph pile up and whip lash one) i dont wana end up like that metro!!!! (SQWISH!!)

easy peasy, you either weld it or bolt it in.

can have pre formed and slip it through the door area (I use slip very liberaly), or have it in sections and weld in place in the vehicle/or bolt.

I'm thinking of doing door bars myself. :)

i'd get an insurance quote before you go sticking a cage in, a lot of companies wont cover you, and most stick a hell of a premium on.

No point fitting a cage unless you also fit good seats and harnesses. Your head is in danger of bashing into the cage in a crash.

Fitting is straight forward.

kool kool i hate insurance people ure making ure self safer so they put the premium up if you ask me its got DUM A$$ writen all over it!well as well as RIP OFF and MONEY MAKING!
