1990 Mini Rsp Cooper Valuation Please

Can someone value this for me please, its sitting in the garage for the last few years. (Dry stored, no rust)
If I got it up and running and gave it a service etc.. and then NCT it (Irish equivalent of MOT)
Its a 1990 H-Reg Mini RSP, 1275cc, in Red with a white roof. First registered on 06/09/1990 with 12 previous owners. It is down as a Mini Cooper on the V5.
Only 36k miles (I think, but is very low)
It does have a proper RSP chassis and engine number.
Also has the optional walnut dash and black leather stitched 3 spoke steering wheel with John Cooper signature engraved on 2 spokes.
It is in very good condition with no rust, although the alloys will need a refurb but all 4 original ones are there. (One in the pic is not the proper alloy)
It also has a Pioneer headunit with removable facia and 2 Sony 6x9 Speakers in the rear.
Now I have read that all RSP Minis have a sunroof but this doesn't, it was not reshelled as far as I can tell, but it is an RSP as verified by proper chassis and engine numbers.
Pics,
Now if I bring it back to its former glory, i.e service it, renew all fluids, refurb alloys and NCT (Irish MOT).
What would it be worth ?

As the car is still on UK plates you will need to pay VRT and get it registered in Ireland, this along with you costs for getting it up to scratch and through the NCT test.

I would say that the mileage is very low for the age and number of owners. Does the service and MOT documentation you have support this mileage or is there a big gap after 36k. Interior pic shows a very grubby looking carpet. Tell us about the engine, do they feel like 36k miles or well worn?

Hi,
Yes mileage is supported by the MOT's, car has been in a garage for the last few years so it does need a very good cleaning, but the interior is 100% no fag marks, rips or tears.
Yes it does feel like 36k, doesn't feel worn out or anything and the mileage is backed up by the MOT's.
My father is a mechanic so he will be doing all the mechanical work, i.e. servicing it, renewing all the brakes to make sure it is road worthy, the reason the car hasn't been VRT'd is because it hasn't been driven on Irish roads since we bought it, we are mainly into Ford's and this got pushed to the back of the queue, and it was abit too modern for classic car shows.
Cheers.

The car is NOT for sale (Unless someone wants to swap a Sierra Cosworth lol) only trying to find out its value.
The car will more than likely be returned to 100% factory.
Cheers.
