thinking of buying some mat black wheels from Midland wheels, but i'd like to know if people are pleased with them? wondering if they are powdercoated or if it's just spraypaint...

i think they are coated using some sort of water soluble custard

they should last the week if you leave them in the box they came in

we just had a set of 6x12 revos come in for a customers car (their choice, not ours) and the finish was pretty good, they are definately powder coated though not just painted.

personally i think wheels should be just plain silver, but im boring lol!

Your best bet is just stay away from MWS.

I have had two sets of wheels from MWS the latest are a set of Black Mambas, they look great and the finish is good, not on the car yet, but the previous wheels i had from them where on a car for 3 years before selling it and i didnt have a problem with them, never used any heavy abrasive cleaning products on them and they last fine, alot of people have had bad experiences with MWS, but alot of people haven't.

I am just in the process of claiming for a second set of wheels from MWS.
