Hi everyone
I just replaced my 11year old Koni red shockers on my 2000 MPI Cooper sport with new ones from Minispeed and when the old ones are fully extended they are an inch or so longer than the new set. Is this normal? I ordered a full set of original Koni reds. I have fitted them and I have lost suspension travel. I am a bit confused. Any thoughts?

Cheers
Neil

Check the part numbers as you may have got "lowered" versions although there should only be 10mm between standard and lowered.

C-STR1675 Koni standard ride height adjustable damper - front
C-STR1794 Koni standard ride height adjustable damper - rear
C-STR1717 Koni lowered ride height adjustable damper - front
C-STR1795 Koni lowered ride height adjustable damper - rear
