Old bumpers where peeling and rusty, does anyone know where i can buy a new pair? Its for a 1989 racing flame, the ones that i have look slightly different from each other, front is more rounded at the ends :)

Any help would be great!

Cheers

Something like this is probably your best bet (also explains why one of your current ones has curled ends):

Note: Genuine Rover bumpers show as out of stock on the Minispares website and they don't recommend the chrome variety. You may get genuine elsewhere, but they'll be expensive.

Could be a rear clubman bumper? Worth a bit more if you sell it.

I have a non genuine stainless one from Minispares. Its a good fit with neither end touching any of the bodywork. Its just a bugger to keep clean! Mine is also a three bolt design rather than five.

Hmm, stainless or chrome? Which will last longer/easy to clean? ;D

Stainless is better IMO.

I never clean mine, and they don't rust.

You'll probably get a better shine with chrome, once, then it'll flake, peel off and rust underneath.
