I dont know what has happened but my mini seems to be lower on one side compared to the other, the shock absorber isnt leaking and i dont know what else it could be? Possibly a suspension cone???

Are you running dry suspension or hydrolastic?
If the former are you on hilos? Standard cones and donuts?
Have you lowered the car at all yourself?

More information please.

Well pretty much the only part of the suspension it realistically couldn't be is the shock absorber, which plays no part in holding the car up!

The most likely culpret is the cone spring, if the drop is substantial. If it's only around 10 - 15mm the problem could be wear in the knuckle joint cup. Check that is atually is low though, rather than just looking like it is. A bent bumper for example can cause all sorts of optical illusions.
