I dont know what has happened but my mini seems to be lower on one side compared to the other, the shock absorber isnt leaking and i dont know what else it could be? Possibly a suspension cone???

Are you running dry suspension or hydrolastic?
If the former are you on hilos? Standard cones and donuts?
Have you lowered the car at all yourself?

Well pretty much the only part of the suspension it realistically couldn't be is the shock absorber, which plays no part in holding the car up!
The most likely culpret is the cone spring, if the drop is substantial. If it's only around 10 - 15mm the problem could be wear in the knuckle joint cup. Check that is atually is low though, rather than just looking like it is. A bent bumper for example can cause all sorts of optical illusions.

I dont know if it is dry or hydrolastic suspernsion sorry, and i believe it is on standards and i havent lowered the car myself. and i think it is the drivers side that is lower, im not at home at the moment so i cant look but i am pretty sure.
